If you change your mind: Returns & Exchanges do NOT apply to:

 

-Any used bedding items. (Throw Pillows, Pillowcases)

-Any opened bath, tea or essential oil products

-Any item that no longer appears in new, unused condition.

 

We appreciate you choosing to shop and support us and will make every attempt at resolving any issue that you may have. Our policy is to happily offer an in-store merchandise credit within 7 business days. Shipping charges will be deducted from any returned items. 

 

FOR INDIVIDUAL SLEEP SERVICES

A $50 service charge will be assessed for consultation or coaching sessions that are booked and appointments are missed without 72 hours notice.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please call 716.235.1505 or email us at hello@startwithsleep.com to reschedule. Any no shows will be charged the FULL appointment fee. 

 

FOR GROUP PRESENTATIONS + PROGRAMS

Full payment is due within 30 days of the online or in-person seminar. Programs require a 50% deposit to secure the date.
